By accessing or using FitForecast, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

FitForecast is a weather-informed clothing recommendation tool. It reads a public weather forecast for a location you choose and suggests an outfit based on the preferences you set.

Outfit recommendations, fit scores, and considerations are informational suggestions only. They are not guarantees, professional advice, or safety guidance. You are solely responsible for deciding what clothing is appropriate for your health, activity, and circumstances.

Weather information is supplied by third-party providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or subject to change without notice. FitForecast does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of that data.

FitForecast is an early beta (MVP) still under active development. It may contain errors, produce incomplete or unexpected recommendations, change functionality, or become unavailable at any time. It is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The FitForecast name, branding, logos, software, user interface, recommendation concepts, and original content are owned by FitForecast and are protected to the extent legally applicable. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

FitForecast depends on third-party services (including weather and geocoding providers, font delivery, and hosting infrastructure). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and FitForecast is not responsible for their availability, performance, or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitForecast and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a recommendation, weather data, or the availability of the application.

• Do not use the application unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it or its providers.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Do not scrape, overload, or automate access to third-party services through the app.

Access to the beta may be suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Features may be added, altered, or removed during the beta period.
